Message because the Leader gears don't have any bearing on the drag coefficient,
so the top speed (assuming the car doesn't have enough power to reach
it's limiter in 5th gear) wouldn't change between the two gears. If you
have enough power to use all 7,450 rpms of a JWT ECU, then the top
speed will be affected by the gearing.

In fact, this might just be guessing, I think if the car was only capable of
170mph wat Stage III with stock gearing, it could probably go a little
faster with the Leader gears because the larger gear will cause less load
on the engine (and it'd be at a higher rpm where there's normally a little
more power)
